Olelas Brut is a high-quality, golden beer with fruity notes of strawberry tree honey, made with 100% natural ingredients and distinguished by its bold personality, which is due to the Champenoise method—also known as the traditional or classic method—a process where the second fermentation occurs within the bottle itself. It involves adding a dosage liqueur (sugar and yeast) to the base beer, sealing the bottle, and undergoing a subsequent re-fermentation that creates carbon dioxide, with complexity provided by the lees (dead yeast) that release aromas during the long aging process.
